Home from Home is a family business, and we proudly produce all of our items in-house. Please allow 1-5 business days for us to make your items and prepare them for shipping.

Once shipped, your items will be delivered within 3-7 business days with standard delivery.

If it has been longer two weeks since you placed your order and your item hasn't arrived, please contact us at info@homefromhome.shop

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

We will accept returns on all non-custom items claimed within 30 days of purchase. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Damaged in transit?

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please provide proof within 48hrs of receipt and we will gladly look to replace or refund the item.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as we have not shipped your item, your item can be cancelled.

If your item is not customised - refuse your package without opening it, send it back to us, and we will refund and cancel your order. For custom items, once your mug has been printed (typically 24-48 hours after purchase) you can no longer cancel that item.
